Login ID and Password

Each participant is assigned a distinct login ID and password, which should be kept strictly confidential. If that confidentiality has been compromised, or if you forget either your login ID or password, please email us immediately for a replacement. After three unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked and you will need to email us for a new password and to reactivate your account.

Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging in to BenefitManager.net, you may need to add the URL to your trusted site list. Taking this step will allow you to access your account online without compromising the strength of your Internet security settings.

Security

We strive to maintain the security of all personal information on BenefitManager.net. In addition to requiring login IDs and passwords to protect privacy, BenefitManager.net secures and authenticates communications with your computer and browser through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology from Verisign, the leading provider of SSL. Right click the message to be able to allow pop-ups from the site temporarily or permanently. The page will then re-load and you will have to click the Verisign logo again to view the certificate.
